How to Select the best LPC for your Application

Our experience demonstrated that the best suitable test-product candidate for processing cement or minerals is determined after examination of various parameters, such as mill type and grinding circuit, raw materials/constituents, production, quality and regulatory targets.
Several factories among our customers are using to their entire satisfaction either Tecnochem’s standard formulations and/or customized TC/QC formulations for their cements and/or minerals.
Before proceeding to any recommendation, Tecnochem always collect a maximum of technical details by the help of a questionnaire.
In most cases Tecnochem then suggest a 24-hr test with two product candidates, the results of which will determine the final choice or requirement for product optimization.
During a subsequent, thorough industrial test the optimum dosage will be established. Our experts are available to provide industrial test assistance.

Laboratory testing gives only a limited response, since the industrial conditions cannot be duplicated in a laboratory mill.
